IQPC is currently looking for a creative Graduate Marketer who will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan for a portfolio of our Large-Scale Events.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Implementing and executing a strategic marketing strategy
- Analyse past events and come up with pro-active marketing strategies
- Content marketing
- Selecting paid advertising and negotiating contra partnerships
- Setting up LinkedIn ads and posting on communities
- Manage marketing budget in collaboration with the General Manager
- Be collaborative by working closely with other internal departments such as sponsorship sales, operations, customer service and conference production

**About you**:

- A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree / relevant marketing qualification
- Enjoy working to targets and deadlines
- An analytical thinker who uses data to inform your strategies
- A strong desire to keep learning and driving marketing innovation

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
