What you will be doing

We're working with one of the world's most globally recognised media agencies to find a passionate and driven Graduate Marketer. This is a pivotal role within the activations team, supporting the ongoing optimisation of the programmatic function and helping shape the way the agency works with platforms and internal teams. You'll collaborate with wider teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and strong performance outcomes, while also working closely with key platform partners to maximise the use of their tools, data, and training resources. You'll take ownership of coordinating and supporting regular training sessions, platform immersion days, and upskilling initiatives, ensuring internal teams stay ahead of the curve on certifications and platform capabilities. You'll assist with reporting and analysis to surface opportunities, improve outcomes, and feed insights back into the process. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll also contribute to shaping the future of the activations function by supporting the implementation of new technologies, refining internal processes, and identifying areas for improvement across workflow, collaboration, and partner engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, is naturally collaborative, and has a genuine passion for marketing, growth, and digital innovation. We need a confident self-starter, someone who's not afraid to reach out to internal teams or external partners when needed, whether that's to coordinate sessions, gather insights, or drive collaboration. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are key, as you'll often be the link between teams and platform partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution. What you need to have
  • An understanding of Programmatic / Paid Media, this doesn't need to be hands on experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to communicate to all levels
  • A proactive attitude, not afraid to take initiative, seek out information, or drive a task forward independently
  • Collaborative, approachable, and always willing to reach out and bring people together to get things done
