**The opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full integrated talent management framework and processes. This includes talent identification and the design and facilitation of talent development programs to uplift capability of identified successors and high potential internal talent pools, as well as succession planning.
- Drive the design and delivery of the capability strategy and implement a comprehensive capability roadmap.
- Manage, design, review and improve existing leadership development programs as well as faciliutate from time to time.
- Provide effective strategic advice, support, guidance and coaching across all employee levels, regarding OD interventions.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to identify gaps and determine, prioritise, evaluate, and recommend appropriate OD solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Broker solutions that utilise GWW’s frameworks and solve for capability, leadership, talent pipeline and succession challenges that impact business outcomes.
- Partner with IT to test and improve the Talent & Succession module in the HRIS, SuccessFactors.

**Skills & Experience**
- Significant and demonstrated experience working in a specialist OD role, with strength and a passion for the areas of leadership development, capability and talent.
- Proven expertise with OD framework design, program development and in the delivery of a range of innovative and fit for purpose OD and L&D solutions.
- You’re easily able to identify emerging trends and thought leadership in organisational capability, performance, development, talent, and succession.
- Involvement in the end to end OD process; scoping and discovery, research and analysis, design, successful implementation, and evaluation of significant OD programs of work.
- An understanding of how to deliver feedback on assessments such as MBTI, DISC, Clarity 4D or 360 Feedback.
- Highly developed influencing and stakeholder management skills with all levels as well as external vendors
- Ideally, experience with strategic procurement and assessment of tenders and OD panel providers.
