**Position**: MALE Disability Support Worker
**Disability Focus**: ASD, Intellectual Disability (ID), Schizophrenia-affected disorder

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with clients with ASD and ID
- Skilled in handling clients with high physical behaviours (Can get violent)
- Comfortable navigating challenging behaviours in community setting.

**Shifts**:
**Week 1**
Thursday 6am to 2pm
Sunday 3pm to 10pm

**Week 2**
Sunday Active night 10pm to 6am

**Client Profile**:

- Moments of overwhelm leading to physical aggression and verbal challenges
- Coping with auditory hallucinations and repetitive behaviours needing constant reassurance
- Adores family bonds, enjoys beach outings, cheers for Hawthorn football club, and shares a special bond with a loyal family dog

**Your certificates and licenses**
- NDIS Workers Screening Check - current
- Working with Children Check - current
- First Aid and CPR certificate - current
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Valid Australian driver's license and your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
