**What’s the role?**

Reporting to the Production Leader this role is responsible for driving the day-to-day performance for your department (Press, Publishing, or Reliability). The Team Leader (TL) is a people centred role. The safety of your team is your first priority but complementing this is your ability to motivate, manage performance, and deliver results. In conjunction with the Production Leader the purpose of the role is to coordinate the production schedule for a shift, ensuring that all departments work in unison so that our products seamlessly move from the plate room to the press, through our publishing department and out to the dock for delivery. As a member of the site Leadership Team you will also be responsible for contributing to the delivery of key projects that will contribute to improved performance and the overall efficiency of the site.
