To be eligible to work with us, you must have the following requirements.

Experience in cleaning in private homes, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities is preferred.

At least one of the following clearances or willing to obtain the NDIS WC:

- NDIS Worker Check (Valid 5yrs) or,
- DCSI Disability Services Employment screening (Valid 3yrs) or,
- Working with Children Check (Valid 5yrs). If issued after 01/02/2021 the NDIS Worker Check is also required.

A valid Driver’s License and your own clean and road worthy car.

Excellent communication - Must understand and speak fluent English both written and verbal.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent cleaning skills & sanitation procedure knowledge.

Extensive knowledge of products and equipment & their intended uses.

Physically fit for the tasks.

Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions.

Good time management.

And just a great personality and a keen enthusiasm to work.

Workers Compensation Insurance through Balance Home Services.

All cleaning equipment and products are provided.
