We have an opportunity for an Store Manager to be part of one of the top 20 coolest retail companies in our Hornsby Store. To be considered you have successfully led teams in a retail environment and you are someone who will drive and coach our talented team members, ensuring we are learning & growing together. Focus is on improving the in-store experience, you will provide clear direction to team members, drive team engagement and ensure we are number one. Your enthusiasm and reliability will be the key to your success.

**What does a normal day in the life of a Store Manager look like?**
- Provide leadership inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
- Ensure all customer are provided expert and unmatched service every time
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Assisting on driving in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Maintain stock management/Inventory control

**What do we need from you?**
- Previous experience in a retail management environment
- A strong understanding of technical challenges
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- A highly driven, self-motivated approach
- Required to work weekends
- Strong ability in selling
- High attention to detail and well organised
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical terms
- Enjoy and thrive in Multi-tasking and problem Solving
