Open Pantry Consulting is proud to be working with EziStreat to recruit for this role.
Are you a foodie and a leader in disguise? EziStreat is looking for a Venue Manager to join our team and bring their experience and passion for customer service to our brand.
EziStreat’s goal is to support the growth and success of food entrepreneurs and startups by providing affordable space and innovative resources.
EziStreat is ‘The Neighbourhood Detour’ and incorporates a food hall, beer garden and events space in the heart of North Melbourne, celebrating street food and community spirit.
As a Venue Manager at EziStreat, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our venue, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. You'll work closely with our corporate management to ensure compliance with company standards and policies, and develop and maintain positive relationships with our local community and business partners.
But that's not all, you'll also get to be a part of creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, so a love for the hospitality industry is a must.
To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in a management role, for at least 2 years, in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation policies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
