We are on the hunt for a Venue manager for a new venue in Port Melbourne This role would be perfectly suited to someone who is looking to take the next step in their career.
- Food and Beverage service.
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- A hands on approach to all set tasks
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Preparation of staff rosters within budgetary constraints whilst providing excellent customer service
- Excellent knowledge in stock control and management
- Ability to motivate and train staff
- Current RSA
- Be customer service driven
- Deliver accurate reporting as required
- Ensure consistency both front and back of house
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to work well in a team
- Up to date knowledge of food, beer and wine trends
- Some understanding of venue P&L, with the ability to drive top line sales and control expenses. We can train you further with understanding reporting.
- Be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- RSA (required)
