**About the facility**

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**

As the receptionist in the East Area CHC Team, you will provide effective and efficient reception and administrative services across Barwon Health sites, contributing to the overall performance of Barwon Health by ensuring high-quality customer service. A key focus of this role is to support the patient journey by upholding the core principles of access and patient-centred care, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy in all administrative functions.
