Full Job Description
- An opportunity has become available in one of the worlds' premier providers of global investment and risk management. This Global Funds Management business offers a range of strategies from fundamental and quantitative active management approaches to indexing strategies to gain exposure to the global capital markets. Through a variety of product structures institutional, intermediary and individual investors around the world can access investment solutions to meet their needs
- A position has become available due to a current employee going on leave and there is an opportunity to join the middle office Operations Team where you will be working with the business to provide value add analysis and provide support to the trading desks. This business has experienced exceptional growth and success over the last 12 months and is now looking to expand. Daily you will be responsible for the trade capture of all derivative products, communication with the Fund Administrators/Portfolio Managers, instructing settlements, investigating Broker Claims, Collateral Management functions and checking and approving cash instructions.
Ideally you will have experience working within Financial Markets Operations and have a calm, confident and open style to your work. You will have experience with a range of financial products in particular, derivatives. This is a fast paced exciting business that requires a high attention to detail and excellent time management. You will have well developed communication skills and be passionate about financial services.
