Catering Account Manager and Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a **Catering Account Manager and Coordinator**to help us nurture relationships with our loyal clients and attract new ones. You’ll work closely with our team just outside Sydney CBD as well as from home, helping drive corporate catering sales, manage client accounts, and keep our brand fresh and engaging.

About the Role:

- Be the friendly, go-to contact for our regular clients — managing orders, answering enquiries, and ensuring smooth service.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and following up on leads from campaigns.
- Coordinate daily catering jobs and provide internal support for the kitchen and delivery team.
- Support with content planning and execution (social media reels, food photos, etc.) — desirable but not essential.
- Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat and upsell orders.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in account management, customer service, or sales (hospitality or catering industry is a big plus).
- Friendly and confident communicator with a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working both onsite and remotely (we’d love to have you in the shop 2-3 times per week).
- Organised and tech-savvy — bonus points if you’ve used CRM tools, Canva, or social scheduling tools.
- A creative eye for food photography or social content is a plus, but not essential.
- Drivers license desired but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $55,134.36 - $75,000.00 per year
