**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity to work in the Racing Risk team at Sportsbet. Our aim is to ensure we have the best-in-class risk management possible. Racing Risk Operational Analysts at Sportsbet monitor betting markets, profile/segment customers, build relationships, connect the risk team with the wider business and optimise company performance whilst ensuring a best-in-class user experience for our customers.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, committed and proactive people to help run and manage the day-to-day operations in the racing risk team. Should suit people with a high attention to detail, a multi-tasker and a strong temperament. If you are adaptable, well organised, can make good decisions under pressure and enjoy being in the heart of the action then this may be the role for you

**Responsibilities Include**
- Monitor customer betting and market prices
- Bet acceptance
- Customer profiling
- Liability management
- Relationship building with relevant internal stakeholders
- P&L performance reporting & optimisation
- Identify and remove customer pain points
- Identify & resolve pricing & settlement errors
- Don’t keep our customers waiting - actioning risk/trading related customer contacts quickly. Always trying to improve customer journeys
- When things do go wrong let’s fix them quickly, diagnose the issues and aim to prevent reoccurrence

**What we’ll need from you**:

- Attention to detail of the highest order is critical
- The ability to keep a very high level of concentration is paramount
- Calmness under pressure required
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate to a high level
- Exceptional people skills required
- Trustworthy, modest, low ego
- 1 - 2 years experience within Risk & Trading preferred

**Salary**: $75,000 - $90,000 including superannuation (based on experience)
