**About You**

We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. To excel in this role, you’ll bring the following:

- **Leadership and Collaboration**: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, coupled with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making**: A strategic mindset with sharp commercial acumen to make sound, timely decisions on medium-high value and risk matters.
- **Procurement Expertise**: At least six years of experience in managing complex procurement activities, with a proven track record of delivering value, reducing waste, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- **Adaptability and Compliance**: Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and risk management standards, including legislative requirements.
