Focused solely on the accommodation industry, Silk has a strong appreciation of the importance of quality and the guest experience. We provide an outstanding outsourced housekeeping service which seamlessly integrates with a hotel’s brand, standards and image.

**Role Specifics**
- We require you to be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week - including weekends.
- Various start dates available, ranging from immediately to in 4 weeks’ time.
- Permanent Part Time opportunities, working a anywhere from 32 hours per week to 32 hours per month.
- Training is completed over a 5-day period (Monday - Friday), this is paid on the job training to set you up for success.

**What does a typical day look like?**
- Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, the making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area, and clean and tidy public areas to a high-quality standard
- Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
- Clean all public areas to an excellent standard.
- Ensure Room Attendant chemicals and supplies are stocked and orderly.
- Attend to guest requests for relevant amenities / items where required.
