**The George Williams Hotel** is accessible to all the attractions Brisbane has on offer including Queen Street Mall and Suncorp Stadium to name a few. The George Williams Hotel’s design accommodates 103 guests with a perfect blend of modern and mínimalist décor in an urban setting for those who are visiting Brisbane for business or leisure.

We are now searching for a **Room Attendant** to join the team on a **casual basis** in a variety of shifts across the 24hour/ 7-day week roster located in **Brisbane CBD.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The role of a Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas of the George Williams Hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Good understanding of security measures and procedures.
- Undertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet time frames and deadlines.
- Identify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Support in house laundry requirements - as directed.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices
- Capable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience;
- Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by the business requirements;
- Currently possess, or be willing to obtain a Police Check Certificate
