**About The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for IT support for the products that we sell to our partners and customers
- Diagnosing the hardware and software issues met by users, providing troubleshooting services and user guides so that to implement appropriate solutions
- Familiar with software and hardware requirements embedded in our products and provide solutions to related problems
- Installing and downloading appropriate software to facilitate our sales services for our product users
- Documenting support activities and recording details of incidents and resolutions
- Designing and maintain websites for our company
- Maintain the IT technical equipment for our online-business and office work such as terminals, printers, modems and other peripherals
- Providing basic user training and guidance on network, computer software, activation, setup, etc for users and staffs to meet IT technical support requirements

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

- At least 1+ years proven working experience in ICT support work
- At least a bachelor’s degree in IT field
- Experienced with IT support service
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills

**Preferred Additional Requirements**
- Fluency in English with bilingual competence is preferable
- Proficient PC skills of MS office and GoogleDocs is preferable
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving is an advantage
- Good teamwork and excellent communication skills are preferable

**Other information**

Salary range: $74,000 to $ 80,000 depending on experience

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
