**Are you looking for a job close to home. We are currently servicing a number of major projects and maintenance opportunities south of the river including Henderson, Kwinana, Fremantle and Garden Island precints.**

**The Day to Day**:
As a scaffolder at ScafWest you can be involved in a variety of projects utilising a high percentage of Tube & Fitting as well as AtPac, KwikStage, Swing Stages & custom components. Working with the team day to day you can expect to work in a fun & enjoyable work environment, have a laugh, work as a team to get the job done and go home safely.

You will work within industrial, infastructue, defence, construction, engineering and commercial building maintenance sectors.

Options can also be made available to supplement wages with remote mine site opportunites as per individual requirements, if desired.

Opportunities are available for permanent placement on certain sites along with potential full-time employment and ongoing overtime if desired. Alternatively if it is variety we are chasing we are currently servicing a large diverse client base that you can alternate your working month.

**The Compensation**

Competitive hourly rates with opportunities for overtime. You can expect regular pay reviews where you will be given key development focal points to ensure continuing growth in ability and income. Additional remuneration for remote works with overtime and living away allowances as an option.

**Requirements**:

- ** Tube & Fit experience**:

- Scaffold Ticket + Working & Height + Confined Space
- 3 years of scaffolding experience
- Own mode of transport
- Ability to fit in and work well in a team environment

**Favourable**
- Australian Citizen
- Scaffold Advanced Ticket
- Rigging ticket
- MR Drivers License
- Ability to work well unsupervised
- Capable of communicating clearly and effectively with the team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and further develop their scaffolding career.
