Job Title: Advanced Scaffolders

Location: The Hub Perth CBD (next to Perth Arena)

Pay Rate: $37 per hour + penalties + $3 site allowance + daily travel allowance + meal allowance

Duration: 12+ months

Hours: Monday - Friday: 6:45am starts for 9-10 hour days + 4-6 hours on Saturdays

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Advanced Scaffolders to join our team for an exciting project in the heart of Perth CBD. As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient scaffolding solutions for our high-rise student accommodation apartments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Erecting and dismantling scaffold structures using cup lok and/or tube and clip scaffolding systems
- Interpreting and implementing scaffold design plans
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment
- Collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure smooth project progression

**Requirements**:

- Valid Advanced Scaffolding ticket/certification
- Proven experience in erecting and dismantling scaffold structures in a construction environment
- Strong knowledge of cup lok and/or tube and clip scaffolding systems
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
