**Role Overview**

You will be responsible for managing incoming finance inquiries, qualifying leads, and assisting with day to day responsibilities. You will play a vital role in the initial stages of the client journey and long term relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries leads via phone
- Qualify leads based on company criteria
- Conduct initial fact-finding calls to assess client needs and gather key financial data
- Liaise with third parties where necessary
- Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Support clients through the pre-submission process, including document collection

**Core Requirements**
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles
- Background in banking, lending, or financial services
- Comfortable discussing financial products and handling objections
- Tech-savvy - able to quickly learn and use CRM systems, digital forms, and communication tools
- Ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently
- Organised and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Professional phone manner and confidence speaking with a range of clients

- Full time or part time available
- 100% remote
- Base Salary + Performance

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
