**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, Our client is looking for a proactive and team orientated Safety and Wellbeing Partner to join their

team in Richmond. This person will be responsible for partnering and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing all safety and well being initiatives across all restaurants nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute safety, health and wellbeing training and awareness programs
- Manage crisis situations - conduct investigations on all incidents and accidents, developing recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for reporting and data integrity and managing safety, health and well being data, analytics, and insights.
- Lead, develop and enhance relationships with state and territory regulators in collaboration with state based teams.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety
- Experienced in working in fast pace enviroments
- Proven Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures (3-5 years experience
- Someone with a solid understanding of State and Territory legislative requirements and likes keeps up to date with new safety and wellbeing trends and approaches
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Happy to travel interstate on a quarterly basis's
