Our **Southbank** restaurant is seeking **Hosts/Reservations Agents** to join the team - **Full time contracts available.**

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling

**Do you have?**:

- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms or Res Diary is an advantage
- A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southbank, VIC 3006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Reservations: 1 year (required)
- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
