**About the Role**:
Based at out Toowoomba Support Office, we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer - Accounts Receivable to join our Finance Team.
You will develop long term partnerships with our internal & external customers to coordinate the management of receivables.
**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:
- Manage and support the domestic debtor’s ledger ensuring all overdue accounts are contacted.
- Proactively work with customers to ensure a timely resolution to any issues regarding their accounts & arranging payments where necessary.
- Daily processing including reconciliations & assisting with any customer enquiries.
- Communicating with the branches and customers for all customer account enquiries
- Processing of petty cash for the branches
- End of month processing, bank reconciliations and customer statements and invoices.
**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:
- Established experience in the Accounts Receivable field
- Strong people interaction and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and adaptable amidst an environment of constant change
- Advanced MS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel
- Experience using financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutions desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
