We are currently seeking a mature and experienced Support Worker to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate and respectful assistance to clients in their daily activities and personal care.
- Foster a supportive and trusting relationship with clients, encouraging their independence and self-sufficiency.
- Monitor and report on client's progress, adjusting support plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and their families.
- High level of patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage time effectively.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- CFA Certificate (preferred)
- Infection and Prevention Control Certificate (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
