**Company Overview**:
Our client is about is about to experience significant growth when clients from another online wealth platform are transferred onto their platform. This migration will add thousands of clients onto the platform, growing their total clients by 300%.

**Role**
**Overview***:
The Service Delivery Officer is responsible for the day to day running of the platform’s operational services during the hypercare period. This is a highly facilitative role, maintaining platform operation administration, feedback & complaint resolution and case management channels.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level customer service.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex technical information.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

**Note - **Open to visa holders with full working rights.
