**Job Description: Motel Manager

As the Motel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of motel

operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Your role will include

managing staff, handling reservations, overseeing housekeeping, and maintaining

the property to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the motel to ensure efficient and effective service

delivery.
- Manage and supervise motel staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Handle guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and address inquiries and

concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling

expenses.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and the local

community.

*Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Motel Manager or in a similar hospitality

management role; a Diploma in Hospitality Management is advantageous.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
