**About the Position**
- Planning & Time Management
- Actioning pricing, back-orders, invoicing, administration, and operational issues.
- Maintaining strong relationships with my existing key customers and working with the VIC sales team to maximise their sales potential.
- Backing up and supporting VIC sales team and warehouse team as/when required
- Manage inbound and outbound call traffic to all customers and provide a level of service that is "best practice".
- Provide customers with responses to queries in a timely fashion and proactively seek out opportunities to contact customers and add value to their business which will support the company sales force.
- Provide service to customers by responding to inquiries accurately and in a timely fashion as well as driving sales through Cycle Objectives, Deletions and Clearance opportunities and proactive Telecalls.
- Provides administrative services to support the company sales force.

**Responsibilities**:
- Leading and managing the VIC Sales Support Team.
- Set, communicate, drive, and monitor the direction and activities of the VIC Sales Support Team through regular review, update, and progress meetings
- Contact customers in relation to order status and supply situation.
- Arrange for proof of deliveries in conjunction with warehouse / distribution and contracting staff.
- Proactively call customers and inform them of backorder and substitution information daily.
- Actioning pricing, back-orders, invoicing, administration, and operational issues.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing key customers and working with the VIC sales team to maximise opportunities and sales potential.
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring the VIC Sales Support Team

**About you**

You know what it takes to deliver excellent service to sales teams and customers and you are a great Team Leader who leads by example. Perhaps you have previous experience in Customer Service Management or leading administrations teams in a sales organisation and you know how to define national processes to drive efficiencies and great outcomes for the sales teams. You are a self-motivated and highly organised person who have well-honed stakeholder engagement skills.
