**In this role, you will**
- Support our **Bundall and surrounding branches** by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Work with your customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges and identify the most suitable products and services.
- Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and customised experience every step of the way
- Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

**The hours (Monday to Friday 30+ hours)**:
Join our team in this role within the hours **9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am - 5:15pm Friday.**

Your home branch will be **Bundall** however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our **surrounding branches** when required.
