**FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED - MELBOURNE SOUTHEAST**

If you are a dedicated and compassionate support worker who is passionate about promoting independence, reablement, and quality of life for older Australians and those living with disabilities, we invite you to join our growing team across Melbourne’s southeastern suburbs—including Mornington, McKinnon, Hughesdale, and Elsternwick.

In this role, you will support clients to live safely and confidently in their own homes, with care that is respectful, person-centred, and aligned with their individual goals and preferences. We offer a variety of flexible shifts and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of those who need it.

Carer’s Network is currently seeking experienced and compassionate support workers to join our dedicated team. This is more than just a job - it is a meaningful opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals who need it most.

In this deeply rewarding role, you will deliver a variety of personalised support services, helping empower our clients to live independently and on their own terms.

No two days will be the same, and while your responsibilities may vary, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Supporting our clients with high care needs including multiple sclerosis and type 2 diabetes.
- Providing community access and social support.
- Understanding the importance of mental health and emotional well-being.
- Assisting with domestic support and daily living tasks.
- Being flexible and able to work across multiple locations.

**Certificates & Licences**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing (essential).
- Valid Victorian driver license and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle (essential).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (essential).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or a willingness to obtain one (essential).
- **Please note, as we are a registered NDIS care provider, Carer’s Network require all workers to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check.**_

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
