**The Position on offer**:
**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience within a Technology Industry, preferably Audio Visual and working within a similar role
- A methodical approach to fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
- Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A sound technical aptitude
- A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
- Ability to forge relationships with clients and a genuine interest in helping people
- A can-do and flexible attitude towards work
- Willingness to learn and hone skills by attending various training sessions
- Be comfortable in working with hand and power tools
