Lotus Dining Group has 8 restaurants across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West boasting modern Chinese cuisine, delicious dumplings, award wining wine lists and sophisticated signature cocktails. We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager Bartender to join our professional team Dumpling Bar Circular Quay.
- Have previous experience as a cocktail bar tender
- Have knowledge of all classics
- Have previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
- Have excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Have proven experience working & leading within a successful team environment
- Have experience with stock take and ordering
- Have valid RSA & competency card
- Have capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
- Be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Be able to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.10 - $36.12 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
