**The Job Role**

Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Butchers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Cuts, trims, tenderizes, and grinds meat using various equipment.
- Maintains equipment for daily use.
- Cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment throughout the workday.
- Assists with wrapping meat, stocking the meat case, and arranging the display case.
- Assesses the production needs and rotates merchandise.
- Follows proper safety procedures and standards. Maintains the sales area.
- Complies with health code by following sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperatures.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience
- All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
- The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication and team skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency

**Salary**

The Annual Salary is between $73,150 - $75,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.

Bunbury Farmers Markets source the freshest produce from over 150 local growers. From our kitchens we prepare delicious meals for our patrons across breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a very extensive take away option available.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $80,000.00 per year
