**What’s the role?**

An exciting opportunity is available for an AI Product Lead, AI Accelerator to join the team in Chief Technology Office. The AI Product Lead will be working closely with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions that support the AI Accelerator’s strategic goals.

This role connects business needs with technical capabilities, turning priorities into impactful AI initiatives that drive innovation and boost efficiency across the organisation. The AI Accelerator follows a hybrid model, bringing together cross-functional teams from across the Group to deliver on our AI ambitions. The AI Product Lead will play a key role alongside these teams and ensuring that all solutions align with divisional priorities and the broader AI strategy.

**What do I need?**
- Act as the primary point of contact for all AI-related initiatives across the Group, while driving capability building within divisions through a ‘hub and spoke’ model to support the transition toward a federated operating model.
- Ensure AI Accelerator squads deliver initiatives that align with strategic priorities and make effective use of shared capabilities.
- Guide the design of new AI features and tools that are flexible, scalable, and reusable across the organisation.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, align goals, and solve challenges in AI projects.
- Develop and manage a clear product backlog, prioritising features that align with the bank’s strategic AI goals.
- Translate the AI strategy into clear actions to deliver solutions that meet business needs and follow regulations.
- Identify and manage risks in AI projects by working closely with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure ethical, 1LOD, and regulatory compliance and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives, report on progress, and provide actionable insights.
