We are looking for an AI Safety Advisor to help implement and manage AI safety enablers across business and technology functions. In this role, using your knowledge of AI/ML technologies you will support the adoption of AI safety practices across three key areas: Discreet AI Utilities (e.g., CoPilots), Embedded AI in Core Platforms, and AI use case deployment. You will work closely across CTO teams to ensure that AI initiatives are executed in line with data ethics, governance standards, and privacy regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant AI environment. **What you’ll do**
- Design and implement AI safety practices aligned with industry standards and regulations
- Advise on ethical AI policies and procedures
- Develop and enforce AI usage policies, ensuring compliance with ethics and privacy standards
Oversee AI integration into operational systems
- Guide the development and monitoring of in-house AI models
- Lead training on AI safety and data ethical practices
- Promote data ethics awareness across the organisations
- Review and support the implement of monitoring approaches for AI systems
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive AI safety and stay updated on industry trends
- Contribute to annual AI and tech roadmaps

**What you’ll bring**
- A strong working knowledge in AI/ML technologies, frameworks and governance best practices
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- A solid grasp of data ethics, privacy laws, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Preferred certifications include AIGP and CIPP
