**Job Overview**: As a Sales Representative at Supernova, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, introduce them to our services, and ensure they have an outstanding experience from start to finish. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and services to the public, and your efforts will directly contribute to our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and visiting local businesses.
- Promote and sell our full range of car detailing services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide customers with detailed information about our services, answering any questions and addressing concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
