We are seeking a vibrant and friendly bookkeeper receptionist for our Automotive Mechanic workshop in Windsor.
Experience as a receptionist or sales consultant within the automotive industry is highly regarded. Furthermore, experience with **Xero** accounting software is beneficial.
Being the first point of contact for the workshop, it is essential that the successful applicant be polite, friendly and well-presented and helpful. Most of all, you will need to be trustworthy, have excellent work ethic and communication skills.
**Duties and responsibilities of this role includes**:
- Management of workshop software and booking of appointments
- Taking payments with cash and EFTPOS Basic accounting tasks (Xero)
- Quoting on repairs Performing necessary administrative duties
- Meeting and greeting of all clients in a friendly and approachable manner
- Automotive experience and/or knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional multitasker
- Excellent verbal and written communicative skills
- Courteous and polite
- Trustworthy
**Desirable criteria are**:
- an understanding of business operations in the automotive industry experience
- using Xero accounting software
- A willingness to learn
