**About Your Role: Demand Planner**

As a Demand Planner for the Industrial Centre of Competence (ICC), you will manage and consolidate business demand in industrial terms, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities. You’ll be the key point of contact for demand planning, working within the ICC's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance demand, resources, and industrial constraints. Continuous improvement is at the core of this role. This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consolidate and translate business demand into industrial terms (production, repairs, testing).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve forecasting.
- Participate in S&OP to ensure demand aligns with industrial constraints.
- Ensure order-taking reflects delivery expectations.
- Manage demand consolidation from the S&OP process.
- Optimize resources to meet service levels, time, cost, and quality targets.
- Analyse trends and historical data to anticipate fluctuations and risks in demand.

**Your Skills**:

- Proficient in Industrial Information Systems (ERP, MRP, PLM).
- Strong understanding of supply chain and S&OP processes.
- Knowledge of statistical calculations and forecasting.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools (LEAN, Kaizen, Gemba Walks).
- Ability to manage activities using digital tools and dashboards.
- Skilled in influencing without direct authority.
- Agile, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
