We are on the hunt for a Kids Coach, **you will need to be OVER 18**

A MyFirstGym (MFG) Coach is the face & the magic behind the facilitation of classes & programs at MFG clubs.

An MFG Coach’s role is to deliver classes and or programs in line with the MFG class framework, while always upholding the core coaching principles.

An MFG Coach is a walking ambassador for MFG, therefore will live and breathe the company values, which consist of;

**MFG Coach's core responsibilities**
- Create Magical Moments; The #1 objective for all Coaches. This must be brought into all classes and upheld as #1 priority while participating in all MFG experiences.
- Clearly understand the MFG Coaching Principles & how to perform/deliver first Class programs, measured through the MFG assessment practice.
- Actively read, understand & facilitate fortnightly programs as they come out. Which will include printing out the programs and adequately planning for all classes.
- Use the Gymmaster booking system to its potential, which will include a thorough awareness of class attendance prior to class, also with the awareness of any health or behaviour-related notes prior to class start.
- Create a high-energy class environment that delivers excellence in professionalism, maturity and personal standards while always remembering to keep it fun.
- Ensure that all risks, safety and potential behaviour related issues are reported to MFG Management and or are resolved urgently and in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the company.

**Experience & Skills, preferred but not mandatory**
- Experience / Certification in working with Children and or in Childcare OR
- Experience / Certification in Fitness or Coaching
- Experience/ Certification in Dance Coaching
- Experience/ Certification in Gymnastics Coaching

**Mandatory Credentials**
- First Aid Certificate
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Blue Card/Working with children check
- Reference check - you need to be in contact with at least 2 references

**Working with Children Check/Blue Card**

My First Gym Robina, including the Franchisee and Management are committee to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with the My First Gym Robina Child and Youth management strategy. My First Gym requires all applicants to undergo satisfactory screening prior to their commencement. Any successful applicants will be required to adhere to the My First Gym Robina Child and Youth Management Strategy including induction and ongoing training.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour
