We're on the lookout for energetic, adaptable, and caring all-rounders to join our fun, high-energy team at Clear Smiles Orthodontics — where every team member is a Smile Coach, supporting our patients dental assisting in the clinic and front desk superstars

What You'll Do

As one of our valued Smile Coaches, you'll:

  • Be the warm, welcoming face that greets and supports our patients.
  • Provide exceptional service over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Assist chairside during orthodontic appointments and help ensure smooth clinic flow.
  • Manage patient records, health fund details, and treatment plans.
  • Support both the clinical and front office teams to deliver a 5-star experience every time.
  • Build genuine connections with patients — making every visit positive and memorable.
What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • A strong communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Eager to learn both the clinical and administrative sides of orthodontics.
  • Organised, adaptable, and quick to pick up new skills.
  • Experienced in dental, medical, or customer service roles (bonus, but not essential).
