DERMET Services, a fast-growing company specialising in the design and construction of Coolroom solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Requirements**:

- A current driver's license and reliable transport.
- A valid White Card.
- Scissor lift and forklift licenses are highly desirable.
- Must possess an ABN and have access to your own tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of labourers in the construction and installation of coolrooms using insulated panels.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain high levels of workmanship and quality control.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

We offer a casual position with the opportunity for subcontracting for individuals with an ABN. If you have the necessary experience and are looking for a new challenge in a growing company, we would love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
