**About The Role**
As an Area Manager you will be based out of the Malaga office and be responsible for leading a portfolio of stores across the Northern suburbs, Driving and Supporting Store Managers across the stores in the Northern Suburbs. This role will see you working in a team environment with a hands on role. Your day will see you responsible for a portfolio stores to guide and provide support with rostering, reporting, financial aspects, team training, leading and motivation, all visual merchandising and more.
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 5 years' experience as a Retail Area/Cluster Manager
- Highly organised with great time management and communication skills
- Prior experience working with volunteers is highly regarded
- Strong Initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Experience with stock management
- Experience in leading and driving teams
- Immaculate personal presentation at all times
- Strong Visual Merchandising and an Eye for Detail
- Self-motivated with a "Can Do" attitude
- Ability to work with and provide key local area marketing
- Current valid driver's license
