**Service Assistant HIAIS**

Be part of our supportive, fun and thriving team. We are looking for an office support/administration team member to join our North Ryde team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry. In this role you must be able to communicate effectively, be organised, engage with clients & complete various administration tasks.

**What the day will look like**
- On-the-job training provided
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
- Management of workflow through a centralised inbox
- Monthly reporting to the team to support client growth
- Answering phones and responding to client queries - as required
- Greeting clients in office when required
