**Café Supervisor**

Kepos Street Kitchen is an iconic Sydney café located in Redfern. Are you looking for a change with day shifts only or want to take the next step in your career and become a supervisor? This is a great opportunity to work in a small but fast paced venue.

**About the role**:

- The position is full time
- It is a fast paced environment so you will need to oversee staff whilst also working on the floor
- Maintain a good working relationship with the kitchen team
- Work closely with the owner Michael Rantissi
- Weekly ordering
- Cash up at the end of the day
- Maintaining standards, productivity and systems, troubleshooting, customer service. General admin skills are required
- Coffee making and bar experience would be good but not a deal breaker as we can provide training as required
- Looking for someone with great communication skills

**Operating hours**:

- Open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch from 8am to 3pm

- Dine in and takeaway menus
- Kepos Deli stocks our signature dips, salads and meals to take home
- POS is Lightspeed, Tyro for EFTPOS
- Owner Michael Rantissi also runs Kepos Catering and Salma's Canteen as well as a weekly stand at Carriageworks Farmers Markets

- Staff meals are provided each day
- Kepos Street Kitchen is centrally located in Kepos Street, Redfern. If you ride a bike there are bike racks in the vicinity
- Easily accessible via public transport and a short walk from either the new Waterloo Metro or Green Square or Redfern Train Stations

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
