Café All Rounder

We are seeking a **Cafe All Rounder** to join our Infinity Bakery team in our newly opened bakery / cafe located at Redfern. This role is perfect for a, bakery, cafe or QSR superstar who is keen to work weekdays and have weekends off or someone looking for a better work life balance.

**The Details**
- PPT role - **3 - 5 days per week**:

- **15-25 hours per week available**:

- Payrate **$28-30 per hour **plus super
- Shift times between **6.30am - 3.30pm**:

- Occasional weekend shifts
- Close to all forms of public transport
- Free bakery treats & coffee provided during shifts
- Small but versatile team

**Duties**
- Eagerness to provide a memorable customer experience
- Ensuring you are a great team member to work alongside
- Simple food preparation and presentation of pastries, breads & focaccia
- Barista support and cold drink preparation
- Sorting, packing and presenting baked pastries, bread and cakes
- Loads of Front of House service
- Use of a POS machine
- Ability to upsell and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain high food safety standards
- Maintain bakery/area cleanliness at all times

**To be Successful**
- 1+ years bakery, café or QSR experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced barista capabilities
- Prior food preparation experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sharing knowledge about our Infinity products
- Good time management, reliability & punctuality
- Food Handlers certificate - would be favorable

Our recruitment process requires a face-to-face interview, a 3-hour trial (paid if successful in acquiring the position) and references checks.
