Warehouse Supervisor

In line with our sustained growth, we are continuing to seek the right person to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. As part of our close-knit team in the **Fyshwich Branch** there is the potential to be considered for career growth within the branch.

We are seeking a career driven individual with determination who is looking for advancement and experience with coordination of a warehouse.

**Role Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensures the receipt and storage of goods confirming its accuracy and condition.
- Ensures all pick faces are replenished and stocked
- Supervises the issue of goods to authorized persons and the completion of documentation and records involved
- Ensures the maintenance of up-to-date records of goods within the store
- Supervises the transfer of goods to and from the warehouse
- Licensed operation of all appropriate materials handling equipment.
- Understands Inventory Control
- Controls stock level in line with agreed framework.
- Handles sales or service telephone/internet enquiries.
- Arranges dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contacts and ensures its accuracy
- Ensures compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department.
- Receives and receipt payment for goods.
- Supervises stores-people involved in all warehouse functions.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar warehousing role
- A trade certificate or knowledge gained through several years of practical experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Sound keyboard and computing skills (Excel)
- A valid forklift license
- Ability to respond to continual changing of priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and rapport-building ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whist maintaining high attention to detail
