**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Formalised in 2009, our Ethical Sourcing Program was put in place to protect human rights and the environment while continuing to strengthen our supplier partnerships.
Reporting into our GM of Risk and Sustainability, our Head of Ethical Sourcing will oversee end-to-end supply chain transparency, drive our Ethical Sourcing Audit Program in line with our 14 Rules to Trade, partner with our suppliers on continuous improvement programs and expand our audit program deeper into our supply chain Tiers.

Leading our Ethical Sourcing Strategy for the Group, you will:

- Actively assess and evolve the Ethical Sourcing Program to address emerging risk areas and position the Group as a an industry leader
- Partner closely with Production Leaders to ensure our Ethical Sourcing Program is embedded across supply chain, find solutions to supplier issues and provide ongoing training support and education
- Deliver our Group’s Ethical Sourcing commitments including 100% traceability, ACT/Living Wages and The Accord
- Take the lead in strategy with Advocacy Groups
- Drive and evolve our Supplier Audit Program

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Inspiring People leader with a proven record of developing and supporting teams to realize their individual and group potential
- Strong influencer with the ability to build relationships to lead and collaborate with both internal and external partners, including NGO’s
- Proven experience partnering with overseas factories and suppliers
- In depth knowledge of the apparel supply chain and strong focus on workers well-being, safety and human rights
