**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Communications Specialist with organisational design and change plan experience to join our talented team on a large scale payroll implementation project with our global client.

As a member of our fast paced, high performing team you will provide high quality, customer focussed Change Communications support as a key component of our Total Workforce Management Solutions.

You may be based in our Perth office, our client’s office or remotely supporting.

**Qualifications**:
**Your focus will be on the provision of the following**:

- Communications strategy development
- Stakeholder communication
- Ensure regular communications are set out, artefacts developed and change plan is followed
- Powerpoint, video etc presentations
- Must be flexible in your approach and willing to pitch in to all areas of our business

- Proven success in a similar role
- A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes
- High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach
- Strong customer focus and ability to influence at all levels

Additional Information

This is a 6 month contract, 24 hours per week with flexible work arrangements.

You will need to be flexible, commit to the length of the project and be keen for ongoing engagements.

To be considered, you must have full Australian work rights and be based in Perth, Western Australia.
