Skilled Pipelayers/labourers

Sydney, Australia Labour Connect Full time

Must have at least 1 year experience in pipelaying and pit work
- Must have or be willing to get a police check
- Must be able to commute to and from Western Sydney everyday

Successful pipe layer applicants will have the following experience:

- At least 1.5 years experience laying stormwater, sewerage and mains piping on civil subdivision sites
- Ability to use dumpy and pipelaser levels
- Be able to read plans, interpret drawings, pipejacking and connecting collars
- Cert 3 in pipelaying is well regarded

Pipe laying labourers need to have had some experience working with a pipe crew on a sub division/civil construction site.

The role includes but is not limited to the following
- Assist with preparation and laying of pipe work
- General labouring and heavy lifting as required
- Ability to climb in & out of trenches
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Maintaining and cleaning the work site
