Assistant in Nursing

Meditech Staffing is looking for dedicated, caring, hard-working and skilled Assistant in Nursing (AIN) who believe in going the extra mile to people who need it the most.

Meditech Staffing is a Sydney and Gosford based agency providing specialised staffing support across the Aged Care and Disability Support network. Based in Strathfield, we have a proven track record and continue to be recognised as the ideal staffing choice for the leading service providers within Sydney, across Central Coast, and Newcastle.

Our clients require AINs to work in Aged Care facilities in the Redfern NSW and across Inner west area.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care
- Bachelor of Nursing students who have completed their first-year placements
- Current Flu Vaccine
- COVID Vaccinated
- Current Police Check
- Must have at least 6months - Previous experience in Aged Care
- Passionate about making a difference
- Flexible to work various hours
- Able to work unsupervised
- Unrestricted work rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker screening check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Patient hoist: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III/ IV in Aged Care, Disability or equivalent (required)
- National Police Check (with 3 months validity) (required)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (with booster) (required)
- NDIS Worker screening check (required)
- First Aid Certificate (preferred)
