**Qualifications & experience**
- Training from a University, or college; or more than three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability in reconciliation and Excel.
- Ability to converse with customers in order to understand and accurately address customer needs while ensuring payments are made on time.
- Certificates of course completion in phone skills, word processing, and typing are advantageous.
- Ability to use Ostendo and MYOB platforms

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Accounts receivable
- Occasionally assist the sales department with orders and calls
- Open new debtors accounts and credit reference checks
- Debtor maintenance
- Entering debtor receipts & reconciling to daily bank statement
- Large customer cash allocations (Customers with multiple store locations)
- Maintaining outstanding debtor days in line with targets
- Monitoring and reporting doubtful debts and commencing collection action
- Reconciliation of debtor accounts
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Warranty)
- Maintain the PPSR Register
- Debtor Reporting & Analysis
- Copy invoices, statements, & proof of delivery

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
